At the GRCHC, clients have access to fitness programs such as beginner yoga, walking programs, and fitness programs targeted to address specific health conditions, such as COPD.

 


The PACE Program

The Grand River Community Health Centre offers a variety of exercise programs to those in our community. Programs are free and are offered during the day and at the evening, there is something for everyone.
