Changes to Outreach Station hours

The GRCHC Outreach Station (formerly the Refreshment Cart) will now be open from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm. The Station is located at the front entrance of our building (on Colborne). Drop in to pick up what you need!

We offer snacks, drinks, naloxone and other supplies!

Senior Newcomer Cooking Group: Flavours of Brantford 2025

Adults aged 55+ are invited to explore the Flavours of Brantford through a monthly cooking series offered from September 2024 to March 2025. Each month focuses on food from a different continent, including Africa, India, the Caribbean, and Blue Zones. Participants will not only prepare and enjoy a traditional meal, but they will also learn about the culture of a different country within the continent each week. 

All programs will take place at the Grand River Community Health Centre from 3 p.m....

Exciting news! We have a dietitian, social worker, counsellor, social prescriber to support people in Brantford-Brant. The services are available to those without a primary care provider, with a primary care provider that does not already offer the services or people who are unhoused, use substances or have trouble keeping appointments. You can complete a self-referral form or your provider can refer to the services using the forms below.

ID Bank Program

The ID Bank was created with the intention of ensuring all members of the community have a safe place to store their identification. Unfortunately, for individuals who are unhoused, living in congregate living or precariously housed, keeping these essential ID documents safe is difficult. Grand River Community Health Centre (GRCHC) was able to obtain a City of Brantford Operational Grant to purchase proper storage in which these documents are stored.
